Day 1: Spin Class at Equinox

I went to the gym to exercise and realized I was not motivated enough to work out on my own, so I went to a spin class. This was my first spin class in years, it was hard but it was good. I intend to keep going to doing class once a week, if it continues to feel good for my body.

Day 2: Melissa Wood Health 15 minute AB burner series

It felt good and was a bit hard. I feel like I should have done more but proud I got up and did it. I hope to talk a bit today as well. – no eating today until 1pm since I have dinner at 7:30, won’t be done until 9. Will report back later.

New techniques: I am going to use crystals to count the amount of water I drink. Every time I finish a bottle of water, I’ll put a crystal in a dish on my desk. Goal is 3 bottles of 24 oz. Back to intermittent fasting with an 8 hour eating window.
